Giovanni Guerri presents the London case at the Wireless Global Congress in Dallas
On May 21st, Giovanni Guerri, Guglielmo’s CEO, along with CTO Stefano Busanelli, will present the experience of London’s open WiFi network at the Wireless Global Congress in Dallas, USA.
This week, Guglielmo will be on the global stage of the American edition of the Wireless Global Congress, organized in its 2025 edition in Dallas by the Wireless Broadband Association (WBA), the association of professionals promoting the use and development of wireless technology worldwide.
The Wireless Global Congress is an annual reference event for operators in the WiFi technology sector, held in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Each year, the event attracts over 400 participants, including operators, service providers, technology and software vendors, and organizations committed to improving WiFi solutions globally.
One of the main objectives of the Wireless Global Congress is to offer the opportunity to meet and collaborate with WBA members and executives from a broader network, already involved in programs that establish best practices and work to solve issues faced by service providers. Additionally, participants focus on finding solutions to improve the end-user experience and promote the adoption of technologies within the wireless ecosystem.
Giovanni Guerri, Guglielmo’s CEO, who will be present at the event together with Stefano Busanelli, the company’s CTO, will be guest on the panel “Addressing the Drivers for Digital Poverty, Innovation and Connected Cities,” moderated by Steve Namaseevayum of WBA, alongside TJ Fourner (Ruckus), Drew Lentz (Wireless Nerd), and Al Jenkins (WBA Connected Cities).
The panel will take place on the third day of the congress, Wednesday, May 21st.
During the panel, Guerri will share Guglielmo’s experience in the development, management, and expected outcomes of the Connected London WiFi project, the public WiFi network in the Westminster district of London.
